The structural works were carried out first, followed by the completion of the building envelope and interior finishes. This building occupies a unique location in Madrid (Plaza de Colón), and the developer entrusted Cabbsa not only with the structural phase but, after the successful completion of that first stage, also with additional works related to the envelope and final finishes. The complex, currently leased by Indra, required a full refurbishment of both the interior spaces and the building systems. All necessary interventions were carried out to adapt the facility to current needs, ensuring efficient and modern workspaces.

The first phase focused on adapting the property for office use. All interventions required to comply with current safety, accessibility, and energy efficiency regulations were completed.

The works affected both the interior and exterior of the office complex located on the outskirts of Madrid. Improvements were made to technical installations, interior finishes, and the façade, achieving a complete renewal of the building’s image and functionality.

This project involved the full reconstruction of the façade of a landmark building located on Paseo de la Castellana in Madrid. The main works included the complete replacement of the building’s outer skin with the installation of a state-of-the-art curtain wall system and the application of a second skin made of folded aluminum and polyethylene composite panels, supported by the load-bearing structure. The façade, with an approximate surface area of 5,000 m², incorporates high-performance solar control glass, ensuring both exceptional energy efficiency and an aesthetically refined appearance.
