MUTUA – CASTELLANA 36-38

This project involved the full reconstruction of the façade of a landmark building located on Paseo de la Castellana in Madrid. The main works included the complete replacement of the building’s outer skin with the installation of a state-of-the-art curtain wall system and the application of a second skin made of folded aluminum and polyethylene composite panels, supported by the load-bearing structure.
The façade, with an approximate surface area of 5,000 m², incorporates high-performance solar control glass, ensuring both exceptional energy efficiency and an aesthetically refined appearance.
