LOPEZ IBOR CLINIC

In one of the most important mental health clinics in Spain, Cabbsa has been contracted by the multinational Group EMEIS (formerly Orpea) to rehabilitate and adapt to regulations this emblematic building in a project that encompasses work over several years. With an important component of facilities, Cabbsa technicians undertake this open center rehabilitation, that is, at the same time that this prestigious clinic continues with its activity. Cabbsa has adopted to these requirements to avoid any impact on patients and equipment of the clinic, while performing these major rehabilitation works.

1ST PHASE OF THE UNIVERSIDAD DE NAVARRA CLINIC IN MADRID

Cabbsa carried out the comprehensive refurbishment of the main building of the first headquarters of the Clínica Universidad de Navarra in Madrid, including the complete renovation of all the installations and the interior redistribution. In addition, the adjoining building was adapted to be integrated as an extension of the main building. The works included a perimeter emptying for the connection of both buildings and the extension of rooms, together with the execution of all the installations, interior partitioning and final finishes. MILLENIUM SANITAS CLINIC

Cabbsa adapted the four-story building to comply with demanding regulatory and functional healthcare standards. The project also included exterior urbanization works, roadway development, and the construction of 54 parking spaces.
