GRAN VÍA 36 – RAY-BAN FLAGSHIP

The intervention included, in addition to the full rehabilitation of the building’s structural elements, the structural reinforcement required to excavate a new basement—an exercise in high-complexity engineering. Subsequently, all works necessary for the complete fit-out of the premises were carried out to meet Ray-Ban’s specific brand requirements. The construction works were managed in full compliance with the urban planning and heritage preservation regulations applicable to this iconic avenue in central Madrid.

PULL&BEAR PRECIADOS

Cabbsa carried out the consolidation and comprehensive rehabilitation of the building located on Preciados Street, Madrid, for its conversion into one of the Inditex Group’s retail stores (Pull&Bear). The works included selective restructuring of floor slabs, excavation and construction of a new basement level, as well as partial demolition and construction of new structural elements at varying heights. Additionally, the structural reinforcement was executed in compliance with current regulations to support the new loads and accommodate the change of use.

DESIGUAL FLAGSHIP STORE – CALLAO

The project included in situ micropile reinforcement, full structural consolidation of columns and slabs, restoration of lime-rendered façades, and installation of five metal staircases and three panoramic elevators—all aligned with Desigual’s aesthetic and functional requirements.
